prestigio y comunicados oficiales.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">No obstante, debe haber un equilibrio en el tiempo dedicado a buscar noticias y realizar otras actividades, ya que un exposici\u00f3n excesiva a la cobertura medi\u00e1tica del virus puede generar miedo y ansiedad.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">Leer, escuchar m\u00fasica, tomar un curso online, aprender un nuevo idioma o practicar un pasatiempo en casa son algunas actividades para distraerse de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">\u201cPuedes informarte una o dos veces al d\u00eda, pero no estar todo el tiempo viendo videos o informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el tema\u201d, indica Ricardo Caraza, especialista en psiquiatr\u00eda de TecSalud en el Hospital Zambrano mantendr\u00e1 activo y m\u00e1s calmado.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">Llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, mensajes de texto, videochats y redes sociales son algunas alternativas para expresar tus sentimientos o ideas durante la cuarentena.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">Esto no s\u00f3lo te beneficia a ti, sino que tambi\u00e9n ayuda a tus interlocutores al hacerlos sentir en contacto.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div cruciales en esta \u00e9poca.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">Patricia Ortiz Durand, egresada de la maestr\u00eda en Psicotetapia Psicoanal\u00edtica de la Universidad Intercontinental (UIC), sugiere colocar alarmas en el celular para tomar agua, estirarse y mantener un horario de comida apropiado.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">El uso de alcohol y drogas para calmar la ansiedad o disipar el estr\u00e9s no es recomendable, ya que pueden incrementarlo y causar da\u00f1os a la salud.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"viewport-monitor\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div se pueden descargar aplicaciones cpn ejercicios de mindfulness y relajaci\u00f3n o jugar juegos de destreza y estrategia mental.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"summary-list-item disc\">\n<div class=\"item-disc\">Tambi\u00e9n compartir noticias positivas, de superaci\u00f3n p altruismo en redes sociales ayuda a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"viewport-monitor\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
